The Glasgow Group
Established in 1958 by a group of ambitious graduates from Glasgow School of Art, The Glasgow Group is run by Glasgow based artists to promote the visual arts in Glasgow and the West of Scotland. Encompassing a variety of media, including painting, photography and printmaking, the group is financially supported by its own members along with donations from supporters. For the last fifty plus years the group has curated an annual exhibition in Glasgow and occasional portfolio shows of unframed work. Many of the group's current and former members are represented in public, corporate, and private art collections. Please visit our blog for the latest news and events.
